    Clinic Returns Policy

    RETURNS POLICY

    Non-Food Items

    They may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of: delivery (home/work delivery), or pickup notification / pickup date (clinic pickup), whichever is earlier. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (tags attached, no hair/odours, no damage). If an item is not resalable, we may refuse the return/exchange if the item cannot be resold for hygiene, safety, or condition reasons.

    Food - Final Sale

    Due to health, safety, and quality control standards, all food sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for food once it has been delivered or picked up.

    Exceptions

     We would correct issues if we sent the wrong item, or the item arrives damaged/defective.

    Reporting Timeframe

    Report food issues within 48 hours of delivery/pickup with photos and order details to administration@chvc.ca.
