Shipping & Pick-Up Policy

In-clinic pick-up is free of charge. Orders are usually delivered to the clinic within 4–5 business days.

Home delivery may be available for an additional fee. Shipping costs depend on the products ordered and are calculated at checkout.

Certain items may have a shipping surcharge or special handling fee due to size or weight.

Our clinic is not responsible for orders that are stolen, frozen, melted, wet, or otherwise compromised when shipped to a home address.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
